Can you explain this to me? Within an enlarged anteverted uterus and thickened decidualized endometrium is a single intrauterine sac with no fetal pole nor cardiac pulsation noted. There is no subchronic hemorrhage noted. There is no cystic nor solid mass appreciated in both adnexae. Negative adnexae.

Hi,

Your ultrasound is showing probably missed abortion. Also possible that growing fetus with below 6-7 weeks of pregnancy without cardiac activity.

So please repeat the scan after one week or consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
