The uteros is anteverted deviated to the left with a smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuriñg 6.8 x 3.9 x 3.6 cervix 2.5 x 2.7 x 2.1. The endometrium measures 1.7 cm thick hyperechoic.
The right ovary measures 3.2 x 2.0 x 2.0 cm with several follicles ranging from .2 - .6 cm in diameter. The left ovary measures 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.3 cm with several follicles ranging from .2 x .6 cn diameter. Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus . No adnexal mass seen. There is no fluid in the cul de sac
