Thee Months Ago I Had Lanai Laser Gum Surgery Done.

Thee months ago I had lanai laser gum surgery done. After the surgery and while I was still numb my periodontist decided to grind a back tooth down as he said it was hitting...I never had a problem with my fit before. Doing this caused trauma on my front teeth, my teeth fit like a puzzle and any alteration caused a domino affect. Again he ground on my teeth trying to correct this. The Dr told me to go back to my family dentist as he knew I was upset. My dentist has been working with me but I'm having issues. The front teeth have a suction feel when I swallow, I can not bite into anything and I have a slight ache in those teeth. My dentist is at a lose as he doesn't know what's going on. What do you think is happening, should I be concerned, I feel I'm going to lose those teeth...any advise.
