There Is A Post CABG Patient That Developed Stroke Like

There is a post CABG patient that developed stroke like symptoms with Left sided weakness and trouble with following commands on L after a unconscious episode. CT was negative and MRI showed that there is mild confluent and focal scattered T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensities within the deep white matter of the brain. Symmetrical physiologic calcification of globus pallidus. What relation does this finding have. No hemorrhage, mass, or ischemia noted.
