There is an ongoing debate online concerning the injuries of the 17 amputee victims of the Boston Marathon Bombing saying that Many of them would have bled out before being tended to.. such as in the case of the little girl Jane Richard and Jeff Bauman. Is there a Dr in your establishment who can explain why they did not bleed out and why no blood is seen during their transport. I have been telling people that their injuries were cauterized and that stopped the blood flow. Is there more to the reasoning. I would like to settle this debate once and for all. 3 years is a little much to be carrying on the "they are all fake actors" scenario. Any help here would be highly appreciated.
