There is e/o large well defined hetrogeneously hyperedchoic lesion measuring
7.1x 5.9 cms noted in left frontal lobe with broad base contact with falx noted with
suspicious contralateral extension noted, large surrounding edema seen compression
of ipsilateral frontal & temporal horn with contralateral mid line shift of 15mm. Rest of the visualised cerebral
hemispheres are normal in attenuation and grey and white interface is well maintained.

This is the report reveals after the test of thick axial scan (8mm) of brain were taken.
