There is itching towards the end of my testicles and at area of anus and side walls pf anus and from anus it continuous towards the bottom part of my testicles. By itching mean it's vigorous itching i.e. once i feel to start itching and if i start than i don't want to stop. I have piles also, and i was applying osil cream but two days o didn't washed as o didn't took bath, after those days i.e. from now 3-4 days ago i am feeling all this itching and iritation. By using my mobile camera i recorded a video to see how is it looking, it is red at the end of my testicles and the skin is quiet thick and same with the skin near anus it feels very smooth unlike normal skin and all red and black near anus. I applied candid cream all over but for 3 times and now i feel is warmer in all that area and while i applied itwas giving me a burning sensation, i have stopped it. I consulted a dermatologist day before yesterday and he prescribed me
a) Cap itrasys 100mg twice a day for 10 days
b) Tab sizon 10mg in morning for 15 days
c) Tab atarax 25mg at night for 15 days
d) Tab Microdox-LBX 100MG in morning for 15 days
e)candid cream twice a day
f) Tab Sensival 25mg at night for 15 days
And for sensival he said if i feel drowsy half the dose.
I'm much concern and nervous what is this happening
I feel a little wet i don't know it's normal as sweating or due to too much itching.
