These Are Symptoms That Have Slowly Evolved In The Order

These are symptoms that have slowly evolved in the order presented: 1. Flipping my wrist over a 10 year period of time. 2. Thousand Yard Stare (Recent) 3. Repetitive pig like noises with my tongue/throat that I can't seem to stop without consciously trying (Recent) 4. A slight twitch and walking ant symptom on right cheek - just started last two days and is subtle. NOTE: I am a Doctor under more stress than you can imagine (Writing a book about it) Certainly PTSD from various events (i.e. daughter murdered, divorce, I am 67 with two young kids, etc. Worried about facial tic progressing or Trigeminal Neuralgia but need more symptoms for that. Any thing else I should look into?
