Thick Black Circles With Heavy Itching. Taking Flucanozole But Not Getting Specific Name
Itching in my buttocks forms black circles like collection of pimples For the past 6 years I m having Itching in my buttocks , it forms some thick black circles like collection of pimples with heavy itching.I am using doctarine cream for that then it gets vanish.after sometime it again comes. A doctor in health care magic suggested to take anti fungal tab.Flucanozole 150 mg,once in a week for 4 weeks.Apply multifungin or tinaderm cream at night.Take antihistamine like Cetrizine one tab. as and when required. I got tinaderm solution instead of cream is it ok?.In pharmacy they are asking specific tablet name for Flucanozole 150 mg.can u plz give me a tablet name?. is this medicines give me a permanent solution and help to get rid from those itching...

Itching lesions and black circles...long duration..,
It could be Tinea Corporis (Fungal infection)..
1) Tab Levocetz 10 mg..daily night times for 15 days..,
2) Topical application of Terbinafine Gel will give good result..2 times daily,
3) Tab Flucanazole 150 mg weekly for 6 to 8 weeks..,
4) Ketaconazole soap ..washing the area thoroughly..,
5) After cream ..,dusting that part by Candid powder ..ok..good luck

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Yes it is fungal infection on your buttocks.Orally you take flucanozole 150 mg every week for 4 weeks and cetrizine in night.For local application use clotrimazole lotion twice daily instead of tinaderm as imidazoles like clotrimazole is better than tolnaftate (tinaderm) .FLUCONAZOLE is available in market by names of SYSCAN,ZOCON,FORCAN etc.Thanks and good luck.

It seems that you are having fungal infection on the buttock and due to severe itching there may be repeated infection.
Take anti fungal tab.Flucanozole 150 mg,once in a week for 4 weeks.
Apply multifungin or tinaderm cream at night.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine one tab. as and when required.
Keep local hygiene proper.
