Thickened White Patch On Throat, Swollen Gums, Sore Cheeks, Tongue, Red Lump In Mouth
I am having.g oral moth problens. I have a tjickened white patch in the back side of my throat. my gums are swollen with a while line running .g around the.entire gumline. I ve developed sore cheecks, tonhue and top of my mouth with a red lump. I also have red hard dots all around my.gumline top and bottom. I am scared.

Thickened white patches in oral cavity called as leukoplakia patches . Swollen gum with red lump and red hard dots called gum hyperplasia or gingivitis.
Leukoplakia patches are premalignant lesions and seen in chronic smoker and tobacco chewer.
In my opinion avoid smoking and tobacco if you are habituated . Take medicated mouth wash and you can use a medicated oral paste for 2 to 3 days .
But if no relief than see an dentist or an ENT Specialist for detail examination.
