Thickening Of Endometrial Lining, Round Isoechoic Structure In Anterofundal Region. Normal Uterus Size?

Hi! I m a 38 old woman. My uterus is 9.3 x 5.9 x 6.3 cm and there is a thickening of the endometrial lining wich measures 1.6 cm. Also, there is a round isoechoic structure in the anterofundal region measuring 2.3 x 2.5 x 1.6 cm consistent with an uterine myoma. No adnexal masses or fluid in the cul de sac. I want to know if the size of my uterus is normal? What possible complications may I have with a myoma in the arterofundal region? Can I get pregnant? What does it means no fluid i the cul de sac? Thanks!

SIZE of uterus is slightly bigger.with your myoma you may get heavy or painful menstural bleeding.you can become pregnant,.Culde sac is the area behind uterus usually no fluid should be there. NO FLUID in Culde sac is a normal finding
