Thigh Pain. Under Medication For Congestion. Advise?

Also, I have been under a lot of stress since January and noticed that in the past 3 weeks just walking a short distance causes my thighs to ache. I also am exhausted all the time. I make sure that I get at least 7.5 hours sleep a night. This all began around the time allergy season started and I have been taking medication for congestion.
