Thin Hair By Birth, Severe Hairfall From May To September, Thinning Hair. Remedy?

My name is NEHA m from Delhi n m just 21 but my hair is very thin by birth n having hair fall every year in the month of may to September after that my hair fall getting normal but in this time period my hair getting thin n thin n I think at the age of 26 or more my hair will permanently gone :(( ;'( pls do suggest me something better n having gud result solution plssssss
