This is let the public know what lipitor could do to a person-- While taking Lipitor, I was losing my memory, I mean, no recollection of things I was doing, nor I can recollect the conversation I just had, I didn't remember of turning the stove on, letting the pot burnt down, I tried remembering of what I did, still I couldn't call. I thought I had a dementia attack, but that was too sudden . I went to the doctor and told him the story of my memory, instead of checking my medication, he ordered brain scanning, they found something going on in my brain-that's not a concerning matter . anyway, After I did little research, I found out that Lipitor was causing memory problem-- it's not a minor issue, it's a major issue when you cannot recall of what you just did. I could have done something bad and had no memory of it - completely had no memory of the event, even though , i kept going back and forth in my head as of what i did before I went to kitchen and turned on the stove, still couldn't recall anything . Same thing was for conversation , I couldn't recall the conversation I just had. As soon as I stopped taking Lipitor, I am getting normal now. IT's very important for everybody to know what certain medication can do to our body and memory.
