This May Be A Weird Question.....I Had What O Thought

This may be a weird question.....I had what o thought was a boil or cyst pop last week. Ever since I haven't been able to get anything out of it. It is hard and has a lot of pressure, but will not get anything to come out. It still has the initial hole where it came out, I've tried putting a needle in it, but still nothing. I am wondering what this is, or if I should continue to poke and prod at it. I have pictures of what came out last time.
