This morning I had a tiny little burn sensation on the side of my penis, when I looked I seen two tiny microscopic dots side by side of each other and a bigger one about a inch under the head of my penis. Ive NEVER had anything like this before. Ive been with the same girl for a year and were with each other all day every day so I know she didnt have another sexual partner. Lets say this is the worst case senario and it is Herpes, how come I have symptoms and she does not? Does this sound like Herpes, the area with the two tiny kinda burns but the bigger dot or bump however doesnt itch or burn at all. Also we have sex on her period is it possible that I could just have an infection. This would be my first outbreak if it is herpes and ive read that you would get flu like symptoms and the first outbreak is always the worst but as I explained there aint much there besides the two tiny bumps and the bigger one that doesnt bother me at all.
