This passed summer I had both my knees replaced, at separate times.. 3 month apart. I did regular exercise all through this time. Stationary bike, tread mills and rower. My knees were done in June and Sept... In late December I started having a sharp pain in the bottom of the heal. An electric shock type pain... what could it be?
