This Past Sunday Morning At 2am I Woke Up, I

This past Sunday morning at 2am I woke up, I was up for maybe 30 seconds and as I was heading back to my bedroom I had these two really horrible palpitations. The first one I felt like my heart was going to explode so I stopped still standing, a few second went by without a heart beat then the second palpitation was even worse as it had made me black out. My husband ran over to me and while I was on the ground he said I was kind of like snarling/snoring along with my legs and arms stiff as a board off the ground but I wasn't shaking like a seizure. He got me to wake up about 10 seconds later and I felt sort of paralyzed for a couple seconds. I felt ok after wards but I did hit my head on the ground because I have a bump and I had a slight headache afterwards. But it went away within 20 mins. I didn't go to the ER because I felt fine at the time but I have a doctors appt tomorrow. Since then, I have been having some shortness of breath and some minor arrhythmias here and there. I am 28 years. I have a family history of heart problems. But I eat decent and work out. I'm also a nurse I should have known better to go to the hospital but I was just in shock. Please let me know what you think
