This started I would say a couple of months ago. I had this bump on the shaft of penis beside the sac. I thought was a pimple because I squeezed it and everything that came out resembled a pimple being popped. Kinda milky with pus and blood. Well months later there was still a bump there under the skin. It wasn’t that big but now I’m getting nervous about. It doesn’t hurt or itch at all. The only time it does hurt is if I squeeze it thinking its going to pop. It almost feels like little BB’s or kinda hard rocks I would say. I would say its either one or two down there. I move it around and sounds like they are grinding on each other. I stuck a needle in it thinking its under the skin and needs to be popped. I didn’t get anything out of it. The next day it was sore in that spot and still felt like a BB or two was there. I’m kinda nervous on what this could be because I have read so much information. I guess you could kinda say it feels almost like a bigger than normal hair bulb if you could imagine it. I say hair bulb because right at the spot I have hair coming out of the spot and around it. I’m not sexually active.
