Three Weeks Ago, I Had A Colonoscopy And Have Not

Three weeks ago, I had a colonoscopy and have not experience any problems until today. I passed a small blood clod and some blood in my urine today. This only happened once. It hasn't happened again, and my urine comes out clear. I am, however, experiencing some pain in my lower back. Should I go see a physician? What my be my problem?
