Three Weeks Ago I Went To Doc For Sinus Congestion

Three weeks ago I went to doc for sinus congestion and itching eyes. Assumed allergic reaction to fall air. Was given 5 day dose of prednisone. A week later back to doc. No itchy eyes or congestion, but sinus drainage down throat and cough. Doc gave me prednisone shot. Next day, chronic cough with no relief. Called doc and got prescription cough med, not with codein. Yesterday pain in right breast started like pulled muscle along with nonstop cough. Took Oxycodone for pain which also helped cough and sleep. After second dose then I had headache as well. I cannot bear to cough, it hurts so bad. Haven't taken more Oxycodone because I think it caused the headache. Today, so miserable with cough, headache, and breast pain. Also phlem is getting thicker and not clear like it was. All I can do is cry. No doc exchange. Would have to go to express care. I don't have insurance. I have cephelexan on hand would it help to start that?
