Three Weeks Ago My Daughter, Age 7, Started Complaining Of

Three weeks ago my daughter, age 7, started complaining of her ears hurting and a headache. I took her to the pediatrician and they started her back on allergy medicine. Her ears were clear but thought her allergies were acting up again. Said we needed to wait 10 days before prescribing antibiotics. She suffered those 10 days, rarely was she not complaining of her head or ears hurting. went back and they prescribed amoxicillin. Today wa stage 10th day. No relief. I did take her back last Friday because she was till crying every night and they told me she was cutting all 4 of her 6 year old molars and this was causing the ear pain. Over the weekend she started saying her eyes hurt and have couldn’t see well out of one eye.

My question is could the ear pain from cutting molars last over 3 weeks? Should I take her to the ER or wait till in the morning and call her pediatric dentist and pediatrician?
