Throat And Ear Pain With Voice Strain Due To Folicular Tonsilitis. Also Having Lymph Enlargemnet In Neck

hai sir,i was suffered by throat pain,voice strain and little bit ear pain, than i met doctor he said that i am having folicular tonsilitis he sugest for steam inhalation with some antibiotic,but after few days the pain little bit reduced suddenly i noticed lymph enlargement in my neck than i went again one ent doctor he did upper endoscopy it was normal and usg in neck it indicate a subcentimetric lymph node with preserved hilar architecture having s.a.d of 6mm in level II in right side(no calcification,no necrosis) with normal bloodsupply doctor told me nothing to worry no need of any treatment but i am scared about cancer pls tell me sugestion and my wbc level is 12400 pls reply me
