Throat Feels Tight, Irritated Throughout The Day, Tensed Muscles On The Front Of Neck. Causes?
I can see my epiglottis sticking up far in the back of my throat and throughout the day my throat feels tight and irritated. Sometimes when I swallow food I get the sensation that the food is stuck in my throat. Also, the muscles/ligaments on the front of my neck are really tense. What could be the cause of this? Should I be concerned?

you are suffering from sore throat or throat infection. take pain killer ibupfren with paracetamol combination thrice a day ,avoid oily,spicy food and use lukewarm water for drinking , if you feel fever you can use antibiotics with these medicine
