Throat, Mouth And Tongue Full Of Ulcers, Anal Itching And Vaginal Discharge, Itchy Ears And Scalp. Fungal Infection?

Hello. I'm looking to see if the symptoms I've been having can all be related to a yeast infection. I'm a 47 year old women and has had a complete hysterectomy. For the past month, I've had several different problems. Initially, my throat, mouth and tongue were full of ulcers. I was instructed to gargle with the "magic mouthwash" benedryl and maalox. Also was put on antibiotic, however it actually seem to get worse and spread to my lips. Stopped taking antibiotic, but continued using mouthwash. Currently, my mouth, throat and gums seem to always be dry and have a film covering. As the mouth was healing, I started with anal itching and vaginal discharge. In addition, I've had itchy ears and scalp. I also noticed, that I have a touch of allergies which I never had before. I haven't changed anything in my normal routine of bathing, laundry or living environment. Could this all be symptoms of a form of yeast infection?
