Throbbing Pain In Back Of Head, Behind Left Ear, Had Boobs Done. Could That Have Anything To Do With It?

hi im 24 and 3days ago I started having like this throbbing pain in the back of my head and behind my left ear it as lasted 3days and its killing painkillers just aint working I had my boobs done a week and half ago could that have anything to do with it .
