Thyroid Nodule. Ultrasound Shows Hypoechic, Isoechoic Components. Have Multiple Sclerosis. Treatment?

I have thyroid nodule was just one on left and was watching it due to mild growth. But in 6months since last ultrasound I now have multiple nodules both hypoechoic and isoechoic. Complex cystic/hypoechoic as well as isoechoic components. I also have multiple sclerosis. Please help I am a year and half now just watching and getting u/s every 6 months. What should I do

FNAC for thyroid nodule may confirm the diagnosis.
