Thyroid Removed Due To Cancer. Post Menopause, BMI High. How To Gain Energy And Ways To Lose Weight?
I had Thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed, I m post menopause, and I had a BMI study done and the result was 900. My endocrinologist said there is nothing I can do, I will continue to gain weight. That is exactly what is happening. I ve gained 60 pounds and nothing helps me to lose the weight. I also have a bad back and neck so I am limited on activities. I ve tried energy pill/drinks and nothing gives me the energy I need. Can you help me find more energy and a way to lose weight? I am 60 years old and was very active until about 4 months ago.
