Tickle In Chest During Breathing And Lying Down. Had Chest Infection, Taken Antibiotics. Suggestions?

i seem to have problems with my chest on when i lay down & when i breath out, like a tickle in my chest, sometimes takes my breath way.. i have just got over a chest infection i had for 2months, had 6 lots of antibiotics & steriods but they didn't help, i was a smoker & gave up when nothing worked, only got better in2 my 3rd day of no smoking, i'm not wheezy or breathless .. i also suffer from ckd

6 lots of antibiotics & steroids , still no cure.
History is not clear, requires ,
blood reports,
M R I,
Chest X rays,
E S R ,
complete blood cells reports,
E C G.
Without these reports it is not possible to adjudge exact cause of disease.
