Tight Muscle Around Left Shoulder Blade, Numb Hands, Burning Pain And Tooth Pain. What Is The Cure?
I have had like tight muscles for a few weeks all around my left shoulder blade. I would love when someone would rub it hard it always seemed to relief some of the discomfort for a little while. It seemed like really tight muscles? Now I can barely use my left hand.......the toothache pain, pins & needles are very uncomfortable, specially at night i wake up crying due to the burning pain & numbness? If you can help me in anyway i would deeply appreciate it?

You mentioned tight left shoulder and numbleft hand and pin and needle sensation and burning. Possible diagnosis r
1. Left cervical rib . Kindly take an xray neck ap and later view and if required colour doppler neck.to rule out
2. Associated diabetes causing diabetic neuropathy. Check blood sugar level
3. Chest angina. Take an ecg and cardiologist opine.
4. May be possibility of musculoskeletal pain.take myoril tab twice a day fr 2 days.to rule out this diagnosis.
Take a opine of physcian who helps in ruling out most of this possibilities
