Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Tightness in the chest and
high blood pressure with
typhoid fever , however all are not related to each other, but may be few things in common .
As
levofloxacin in few patients causes dizziness ( as in your case ) , while high blood pressure also develops dizziness .
So in your case these tow reasons may be the main cause of dizziness,
As far as concerned about the typhoid fever , you have not uploaded the report of
Widal test .
In my opinion you should consult one more physician and get in blood for Widal test .
Confirm the diagnosis with the help of two labs with same sample.
One more point is typhoid is a very common and easily treatable disease so take proper treatment and you get rid off from this disease.
For high blood pressure consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment after
lipid profile examination.
Primary hyper tension is not so serious, for secondary hyper tension doctor will advise you few tests, so get them .
Good luck. Dr. HET
