Tightness In Chest, Hoarse Voice. Reason?
Hello.....yesterday I went ot the doctor for a routine physical and my EKG came back and I cannot remeber the name of what my doctor saw but she explained it by saying your heart beats from A to B to C to D....and your heart is going A to B then to D....something about the blood flow not going to C..? Today I have very bad tightness in my chest..more on the right side below the breast bone...and I all of the sudden have a very hoarse voice.....dies this all sound OK to you...they are sending me to get an echo done..but not for another week..anything you can say I would greatly apprecaite...THANK YOU

You have to go for complete cardiac check up to rule out any cardiac pain and start treatment under guidance of your treating doctor.
Hoarseness voice is might be due to some infection,inflammation in the vocal cord.
Get examined by ent specialist for voice.
Avoid oily,spicy food and chilled water,cold drinks.
Keep in touch with your doctor.

From the clinical description which you have given, it sounds like there is some rhythmic disorder or conduction defect in heart. EKG, just gives a rough idea about them. So, It has to be ruled out or confirmed by further investigations like echocardiogram etc. This is the reason your doctor would have advised for further evaluation. But, sudden very hoarse voice, very bad tightness in chest is of much concern now and I suggest you to see Cardiologist ASAP. Let me know if you have have any clarifications.
