Tightness On Left Side On Lower Rib Cage, Icing, Taking Motrin. Any Suggestions ?

i have tighness on my left side on my lower rib cage. its been going on fro 2 weeks now .. i do remember mabe falling asleep on my arm the night before it happened . it hasst gone away though i have been iceing and taking motrin but its still there , any suggettionss. my stools are normal and i have no fever .. i am 37 male 5-11 200lbs and active . any suggestions . no pain just stiffness . feels like something there.

The feeling of tightness without any history of i9njury could be related to a muscle spasm or costochondritis. This needs regular pain killers and muscle relaxants, hot fomentation and rest for relief.
