Tingling, Burning Sensation In Head, Slight Headache, Dizziness, Head Spinning. Causes?

Hello, I am 34 yrs old male. Have nerve tingling and burning sensation in the head from past 2 weeks with slight headache . From y day, my head is spinning all of sudden for few minutes and stops. This head spinning is going on once in every couple of hours. I am getting this spinning sensation at the middle back of my head. What this could be?

It is possible for anemia or spondalities to cause such a headache. You should get a complete blood count done along with a xray of cervical spine to identify if there is any spondylitis changes.
