Tingling Feeling In Foot In The Area Of Dog Bite, Slight Throat Infection. History Of Taking Vero Rab. Possible Rabies?
Hello Dir, One dog touches my leg with its feet near to a wound in the leg. I tood one dose of VERo RAb at the day of bite. After 15 days, now I got some different feeling on the wound(which already got cured). I have a slight throat infection. On the leg where Dog touches, i am getting a tingling feeling. I'm afraid of Rabies now. What should I do now ?
If you have taken only one dose of vero rab, it is not enough. You must first observe that the dog is alright. However there is little to worry about if you have taken even one dose anti rabiesvaccination. I suggest you complete course of vaccination vero rab after consulting your doctor. Do not worry tingling may be due to wound healing.
Hope this helps
