General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Crystal, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.

Your History suggests it could be due to
1.) Nerve Compression secondary to herniated disc or Cervical Spondylosis
2.) Reduced blood flow

Kindly get yourself examined by a Neurologist and a Orhtopedist so that they can examine you and do a X ray to rule out any pathology.

Once confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause.

You will have to take the medications as directed, do regular physiotherapy and go for regular follow up.

Wish you Good Health.

Take Care.

Neurologist Dr. Shiva Kumar R's  Response
Thanks for the query. The symptoms looks like either related to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or Non-neurological. Get evaluated from Neurologist and if he feels the same just relax. Bye
