Tingling In Arm, Pain In Chest. Normal ECG. Diagnosed With Costochondritis. Suggestions?
I have been diagnosed with costochondritis, however I have been having a tingling arm and waist. I have had pain in my chest, arm, shoulder, back. I have had an ECG but everything with my heart, they said it was ok. I went up to A&E a few days a ago and they told me to go away because there was more important people to deal with. I'm starting not to sleep well because of my anxiety. I don't know what to do, I feel alone in this.
dear pt hi as complaints you had mentioned more accurately goes in favour of suprascapular brachialgia c5/6 dermatome. one line treatment is prf of said nerve in suprascapular notch ,along with 1/3 days medicine.no need to worry about it.as a interventional pain physician i dont see other conditions to be considered alongwith dr.sanjay sharma
