Hi,

Your problems seem to be related to being overweight. Usually, obese persons have problems with sleeping called obstructive sleep apnea, for which losing weight is strongly recommended.

In addition, vitamin deficiencies are also related to the problems you are experiencing. Although you might consume your meals regularly, however, the quality of foods you are eating would not be enough to supply your body with the nutrients it mostly needs.

You can take some supplements containing vitamin B complex, vitamin C and E.

Thank you.
