Tingling In Penis, Feeling Weak. Taking Pills, Not Feeling Better. What Could Be This?

Hello, I have been feeling a tingling in my penis and it hurts a little when I pee. I have also been feeling sick, weak and noxious. This has been going on for about a month. I went to the doctor and got tested for STD and it came back negative. I went back to the doctor and he said I may have trick and he gave me some pills which I finished but I'm still not feeling better. Can this be more than I think it is?

hello.
thanks for using healthcare magic.
I have gone through your history.Pain while urinating can be due to stone impacted in urethra or due to urinary symptoms. You can have urine examination done to rule out infection..Lower urinary tract infection can cause malaise, nausea, weakness etc..To rule out stone you may have to go for abdominal sonography.I advice you to revisit your doctor as he will help you in finding the cause.
Hope this will help you..
