Tingling In The Testicles, Warm Sensation. Pain In The Knee, Tapping On The Head. Tightness In Penis. Cause?
Just out of the blue yesterday my left testicle started tingling, also a warm sensation accompanied the tingling. An hour later I started having the worst pain ive ever felt in my left leg just above the inside of my knee, and I have them both again today. Also a strange tapping sensation on the top/back of my head. Also recently ive had pressure in the rectum, & scrotum areas. My jewels and penis are drawn up as tight as they can possibly get making my prior problem urinating twice as hard. Please help
Scrotal pain is a very common area where pain can be felt. It can be inflammation to the scrotum or testis or could be radiated pain. The most common pain syndrome that is experienced in the scrotum is passage of kidney stones. How old are you so I can limit my differential diagnosis? Is your scrotum inflammed or feels pretty much the same?
