For the past week you have started heavy exercises. I think this is the obvious reason for your acute problem.
Because of the heavy and strenuous muscular exercise your muscles have become sore, now they will take some time to relax a week or two. some rest is required
In the mean time you also require some
muscle relaxant medicine to relax your muscles. Some oral electrolyte will also be of help.
When ever you think of exercise, please be gentle and gradual
Increase the intensity of exercise gradually , not every thing in one day, so that your muscle get time to acclimatize.
Tingling sensation could be because of
nerve irritation due to sudden heavy activity, it should also go with due course of time.
Please add some Vitamin tablets of B1, B6 abd B12.
