Tingling Sensation In Face And Lips, Numbness In Finger Tips When Weather Is Chilly. Indication Of Any Disease?

occasionally I get a tingling sensation in my right side face and lips. I am 63 yrs old and have never experienced this before. Also when its chilly out side my finger tips go numb a couple at a time. This lasts for a little while(15-45min.) They also go white and I really cannot do anything with them. What could this be a precurser to?

Since your age is 63 years.
Due to cold ( chilly ) weather , you feel numbness and white color of fingers of hand.
The face and lips are also effected.
May be due to hamper in blood supply of effected parts.
May be due to some disorder in brain.
If very low temperature than possibilities may be frost bite type condition.
Consult a neurologist and get in complete check up and required treatment.
Diabetes also one more factor, so take the advice of diabetologist.
