Tingling Sensation In Penis Tip, Itching, Irritation, Clear Discharge. Causes For Symptoms?

HI YES I JUST HAVE A TINGLING FEELING IN THE TIP OF MY PENIS HERE AND THERE IT ITCHES A LIL BIT AND ITS IRRITATING. A LIL BIT OF CLEAR STUFF IS COMMING UP MY PENIS BUT IS NOT COMMING OUT. THERE IS NO PAIN AT ALL WHEN I URINE . ITS JUST THE CLEAR STUFF! WHAT SHOULD I DO? IT FEELS WEIRD AT THE TIP OF MY PENIS WITH THE CLEAR STUFF INSIDE!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tingling ,and itching in tip of your penis with clear watery discharge from tipof the penis.
This is most likely to be due to excessive secretion of periurethral glands located in urethra .
The pain and itching is due to acidic nature of this discharge.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Please get your blood sugar levels done to rule oit diabetes.
