Tingling Sensation In Urethra And Scrotum. Suggestions?

past month i had alil discomfort in my urethra and scrotum. felt a tingle sensation not a burning feeling. it came out of the blue but on occasion my scrotum would feel like it went to sleep depending how i would sit. i thought the tingle might have been from me not drinking enough water. the feeling went away for awhile but came back recently. any idea what it might be.

If you have inflammed or swollen prepuce or other symptoms suggestive of diabetes like increased thirst and passing urine more than 3 times at night go in for Diabetes diagnostic work out. otherwise seek a dermatologist opinion.
