Tingling, Swelling In Right Ear And Cannot Hear Properly. Lost Most Of The Hearing In Left Ear.

Good morning and Happy New Year! I have tingling, swelling in my ears and cannot hear well at all. My balance is also worse. I have already lost most of my hearing in my left ear several years ago when I worked for an Electric power Company and those days you were not wearing hearing protection. One day I passed a large item that blew up as I passed it. However, today it seems to be my right ear that has all my problems in it. Any help is appreciated! Kerstin
