Dear I would like to tell you that tinnitus in ear indicates either irritation or degenerative changes going on in the cochlea (inner ear). As a rule if tinnitus is bilateral than we may think about so many causes as aging process to various metabolic complications as complication of diabetese ete , but you have tinnitus in left ear only so it should be investigated thoroughly to rule out any disease of inner ear or of auditory nerve. If there any pathology is diagnosed than line of treatment should be decided accordingly, For symptomatic relief you may add these medicines in your treatment with due consent of your treating doctor- 1- Caroverine. 2- Cyclospasmol.
