Tiny, Hard Bumps On Inner Thigh And Lower Abdomen. No Soreness Or Itchiness. Remedy?

Hello doctor I ve had a number (12) of small tiny, hard bumps (about the size, if not smaller than a pen head) appear on my left inner thigh and on my lower abdomen , stopping about an inch or two above my genital area. I am sexually active, but I have only had one partner for the last year. There is no soreness, or itchiness, uncomfortableness in the effected areas. I was told that I may have crotch rot or something along those lines, since I ve just returned from a 6 week course at Officer Candidate School, which included a lot of running in hot, wet swampy areas while wearing camouflage that caused a lot of friction, but it s been about 5 weeks since then.
