Tiny Lumps At The Back Of Throat Along With Pain While Swallowing And Breathing Difficulty After Eating Pizza

I ate a pizza before bed, just woke up because it tasted like I had vomited, tried to wash it down discovered I have tiny little lumps all right at the back of my throat its extremely painful to swallow it stings so much its making it a little difficult to breathe

Hi and thanks for the query,
I do not think that the pizza is to blame.
I feel you have come down with pharyngitis - throat infection.
Nothing to worry.
You can take over the counter pain killers.
Some general measures will help.
1) Do warm salt water gargling.
2) Drink lots of water.
3) Avoid cold foods and air conditioning.
4) Get adequate rest.
If you do not feel better in the next few days then you need to see your doctor.
