Tiny Red Spots Beneath The Skin Of Scrotum. Blood Accumulating. Is It HPV?
I noticed that along the veins on my scrotum there are tiny red spots beneath the skin. When I apply pressure, the red spots get lighter color and fill back up with blood immediatly. Its as if blood is accumulating in tiny spots along the vein. I have no STD s that I m aware of but may carry HPV . Is this something that s a health risk?
From your clinical description & history these seem to be a condition called angiokeratoma circumscriptum or some sort of capillaritis with a cherry angioma kind of lesions.
However in dermatology for best results these things need to be visualised so it would be great if you could upload a good clear digital image onto this site.
Off the cuff, i dont think this is related to any HPV infection or an STD of any sort.
You may require a skin biopsy for confirmation & lasers or hyfrecator surgery to get rid of it so best to consult with a dermatologist nearest you . Cheers & wish you continued good health!
