One of the very basic concepts that we all have to deal with when trying to lose weight is cutting calories.
Here are some tips
1.Stop drinking calories -taking juices with added sugars,
milk with high fat content.
2.Eat more often - Snack in between meals
3.Switch to lean meats - Chicken, fish, turkey rather than red meats and organ meats.
4.Add volume - Include a fruit or vegetable salad along with your meal.
5.Downsize - cut down the portion size or share it with your spouse or friend.
6.Get fresh - try avoiding processed foods as much as possible, use salad dressing like lemon, olive oil,mustard sauce rather than mayo or sugary sauce.
7.Eat breakfast - skipping breakfast will make you feel hungry throughout the day.
8.Bake Lighter - Cut down sugar to 1/2 and fat to 1/3 , you'll still see good results in baking foods.
9.Turn up volume - before the meal , take broth based soup or a large salad.
10.Sleep more and eat at home - adequate sleep 6-7 hours and avoid eating out often.

3)Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas.
4)Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons.
4)Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice
5)Increase your fiber intake.
6)50 to 55% of your diet should be carbohydrates
7)25 to 30% of your diet should be proteins
8) Choose white meat rather than red.
9) High Fiber multigrain breads are better than white breads.
10) Limit your sugar intake.
